Day and Vocational Services

As a complement to our primary residential services, The Ledges offers day and vocational services to our residents. Through these programs, The Ledges is also able to provide high quality supports throughout the day.

Our day enrichment program has a variety of activities, both in-house and in the community. These activities are not only designed to engage through action and participation, they are designed to encourage continuous personal growth.

Additionally, The Ledges makes every effort to help find employment opportunities for residents who have the skills and desire to work in the community. We have job coaches to provide training for workplace skills and to help residents throughout the process of finding a job, while offering the support needed to maintain confidence throughout their employment tenure. Through the vocational program, our residents continually demonstrate that individuals with disabilities are vital contributors to the community.
